It’s one of the most contentious issues in American culture. With the legalization of same-sex marriage, and the expansion of civil rights to include gays and lesbians, religious believers holding to a traditional view of marriage and sexuality are feeling both social and legal pressure to conform. In this talk first delivered at Q Cities in Denver, Skye Jethani addresses the conflict by looking at assumptions held by Christians that have fueled the debate, and prescribes three ways both sides can move forward for the common good.
